Review group 9 found that the library held five of the six Norwegian 3.0 element sets and no Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives record, although the legal code exists. The record is modelled on the five Norwegian siblings, with the NonCommercial prohibition of the Norwegian by-nc port and the NoDerivatives shape the whole element set now carries, and its warranty and liability clauses were checked word for word against sections 5 and 6 of the by-nc-nd legal code.
