GNU Free Documentation License v1.3 or later - no invariants

The or-later form of GnuFreeDocumentationLicense. A variant models the same legal text with one thing changed, so it is a license of its own with an address of its own and it is listed like any other.

Also known as GFDL 1.3 no invariants or later, GFDL-1.3-no-invariants-or-later, GNU FDL 1.3 or later without Invariant Sections.
