5.1 The Supplied Data is licensed ‘as is’ and the Licensor and OS exclude all representations, warranties, obligations and liabilities in relation to the Supplied Data to the maximum extent permitted by law. 5.2 Neither the Licensor nor OS shall be liable for any errors or omissions in the Supplied Data and, subject to Clause 5.3, shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of any kind caused by its use. 5.3 Nothing in this Licence shall exclude or limit liability of a party for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of that party or its servants, agents or employees or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

      Review finding cc:legalcode and dct:source both pointed at an Ordnance Survey URL that returns 404, and the current site has no INSPIRE licence page, so the record had no working link to its text. dct:source now points at the Internet Archive snapshot of 30 March 2019, which is the text that was read for this review. cc:legalcode was left at the original URL, because it is the address the licence was published at and changing it would erase that fact; it is to be replaced once Ordnance Survey republishes the licence.

      Review finding The record carried no duty of any kind and was the single violation of rule 6 of the family-rule baseline, every record needs an attribution or notice duty. The licence has one, clause 3.1: "You shall not alter or remove any of the OS copyright / database right notices and licence numbers which are shown on the Supplied Data." A licence-wide cc:Notice duty was added, licence-wide because the duty is owed for any use and the acts that would normally carry it, distribution and public display, are prohibited here.
