Review finding dalicc:WarrantyDisclaimer and dalicc:LiabilityLimitation are quoted from the Italian text of this port and not from the English unported version, and each field holds its own clause rather than a copy of the other. Article 5, Dichiarazioni, Garanzie ed Esonero da responsabilita, is the warranty disclaimer and article 6, Limitazione di Responsabilita, the limitation, both in capitals. The Italian limitation ends with a sentence the unported text does not have: "NESSUNA CLAUSOLA DI QUESTA LICENZA ESCLUDE O LIMITA LA RESPONSABILITA NEL CASO IN CUI QUESTA DIPENDA DA DOLO O COLPA GRAVE." Each field holds its own article. One transcription defect was corrected: the disclaimer field read "COSI COME" where the legal code reads "COSI COM'E", a dropped apostrophe inside the quoted text. All six Italian records carried it.

This port licenses database rights in terms. The licence notice states that the Work is protected by copyright, related rights and sui generis database right; the definition of Work says that "a Work shall also be taken to mean a live Performance or a database insofar as these are protected under the applicable law within Your jurisdiction"; the grant runs for the duration of the sui generis database right; section 3 waives the licensor own database rights under the national law implementing Directive 96/9/EC; and section 4 carves the restrictions out of the parts that qualify only under that right. Since the text is explicit, dcmitype:Dataset was added, which also brings the record into line with its parent.

This port names a database as licensed subject matter in its own text: clause 3(e), in English rendering, grants the right "to make any use of a substantial part of the contents of a database, in the case where the licensed subject matter is a database", and clause 3 adds that where the Licensor holds the sui generis right of the database maker under Greek copyright law implementing Directive 96/9/EC, the Licensor waives that right. Clause 4(e) exempts the parts covered only by the sui generis right from the restrictions. Section 1 defines the subject matter so that "Soweit Datenbanken oder Zusammenstellungen von Daten einen immaterialgueterrechtlichen Schutz eigener Art geniessen, unterfallen auch sie dem Begriff Schutzgegenstand im Sinne dieser Lizenz" (databases and compilations of data that enjoy sui generis protection are themselves subject matter of this licence), and Section 3 closes with the waiver "verzichtet der Lizenzgeber auf sämtliche aus diesem Schutz resultierenden Rechte". Section 4 adds that the restrictions do not bite on the parts that are subject matter only because of that sui generis protection. Because the legal text names databases as licensed subject matter and disposes of the database maker's right in the grant itself, dcmitype:Dataset was added here rather than left as a proposal, which is how the same question was decided for the Portuguese, Czech and Azerbaijani ports. The ports in this review group whose text has no database clause at all, Ecuador and Brazil, keep the proposal.
