Changes to the license models

What DALICC changed in its curated models, when, and why.

A license model is corrected when a reading of the legal text turns out to be wrong. Every correction changes what the compatibility checker answers, so each change below names the reason behind it and links to the record it was made on.

This port licenses database rights in its own words, so the asset type is text supported rather than merely plausible. Ziffer 1 counts a database among the objects of a related right: a "verwandtes Schutzrecht" is the right in a protected subject matter other than a work, "zum Beispiel einem nachgelassenen Werk, einem Lichtbild, einer Datenbank, einem Schallträger, einer Rundfunksendung, einem Laufbild oder einer Darbietung eines ausübenden Künstlers", and the Schutzgegenstand offered under the licence is the work, the collection or the object of such a related right. Ziffer 4 and Ziffer 7 name "eine Datenbank" next to an adaptation and a collection. Added dcmitype:Dataset.
