It is headed "Nümayəndəlik və zəmanət" (representation and warranty) and reads "Lisenziya verən təmsilçilik edir və zəmanət verir ki" (the Licensor represents and warrants that) the grant is within the Licensor's power, conflicts with no statute, and that the Licensor owns the rights granted with no legal obstacle to exercising them. The Azerbaijani port carries no warranty disclaimer anywhere in the licence body, so the field asserted the opposite of what the text says. The text was moved verbatim to dalicc:additionalClauses and dalicc:WarrantyDisclaimer was removed.

This port names a database as licensed subject matter in its own text: Ziffer 3: "Soweit Datenbanken oder Zusammenstellungen von Daten Schutzgegenstand dieser Lizenz oder Teil dessen sind und einen immaterialgüterrechtlichen Schutz eigener Art genießen, verzichtet der Lizenzgeber auf die Geltendmachung sämtlicher daraus resultierender Rechte." Ziffer 4 adds that the restrictions do not apply to parts of the Schutzgegenstand that fall under the definition only because they enjoy sui generis database protection. Since the text is explicit, dcmitype:Dataset was added here rather than left to the library wide decision that covers the ports whose text says nothing about databases.
